Delivery

All non-personalised orders made before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. For personalised items, please add an extra 2-3 working days to the delivery time. Unless specifically requested, we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. 

UK deliveries: 

• We offer free UK deliveries for all orders above £70. Please allow 3-5 working days. 
• All orders under £70 will be charged £4.95.
• Next day deliveries are charged at £10. Friday next day orders will be delivered the following Monday. 
• If a weekend delivery is needed, please email or call our office to ensure we organise this for you.

European deliveries: 

• Travel accessories are charged at £12. Bags are charged at £16 per delivery. 
• Please allow 5 working days. 

Rest-of-the-world deliveries: 

• Travel accessories are charged at £25 per delivery. Bags are charged at £40 per delivery. Charges do not include import duties where levied. 
• Please allow 7-14 working days.
