DELIVERY & RETURNS

All non-personalised orders made before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. For personalised items, please add an extra 2-3 working days to the delivery time. Unless specifically requested, we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. 

• Please allow 3-5 working days.
• Next workday deliveries are charged at £10 and must be placed before 2pm. Friday next day orders will be delivered the following Monday. 
• If a weekend delivery is needed, please email or call our office to ensure we organise this for you.

• Charged at £40 (not including import duties where levied).
• Please allow 7-14 working days.
